Terms & conditions
These general terms govern every order placed on nidolara.com. By placing an order, you accept them.
1. Seller

2. Order and payment
Orders are placed online via our payment provider Gatekeeper. Prices are shown in euros, VAT included. Payment is due at the time of order, by card or equivalent methods.
3. Shipping
Orders ship within 2 working days from our European workshops. Free shipping above €60 for the EU; flat rate below and to other destinations.
4. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU law, you have 30 days from receipt to return any unused item to us in its original packaging. Return shipping is on us for any order of €60 or more.
5. Warranty and after-sales service
All our items are warranted against manufacturing defects for two years. Beyond that, we offer a repair service at workshop cost for at least seven years, and we keep replaceable parts in stock.

7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of the registered office.
